Hi there, just a quick update..
I’m activating the “Chat room” function on the Weekly ChartStorm Substack – functionally it’s kind of like Twitter or our own private social media platform. You can post questions, replies, and even share Charts
The key reasons for launching this are:
-central place to have Q&A discussions
-option to provide updates intra-week
-chance for subscribers to compare notes
We’ll see how it goes, but some possibilities could be
-overflow charts (I will try posting charts that didn’t quite make the cut)
-requests + ideas/submissions from subscribers
-live/timely updates during events or major moves
-discussion amongst subscribers (ChartStorm subscribers are very smart people!)
-and maybe even a live Q&A session on Sunday nights (we’ll try that next week)
Where to find it + How to use it
You can access Chat via the Website on desktop or the Substack App on mobile, but here’s a link to tips and more details on how to access/use the chat function: https://support.substack.com/hc/en-us/articles/8479685616532-How-can-I-participate-in-a-Chat
And here’s a link to the chat page:
Aspirations for this + ChartStorm Origins…
As a first post from me in the chat, here’s my aspirations for what the ChartStorm ChatRoom could look and feel like as we take this next step:
I look forward to seeing how this works and of course look forward to seeing you in the chat!
Best regards,
Callum Thomas
Founder & Editor of The Weekly ChartStorm
P.S. don’t worry about missing anything if you can’t/don’t want to participate, as I will link to any particularly interesting chats in the usual weekly pack.
Also, for reference, the Chat room will only be open to Paid Subscribers.
Awesome
